SHADY KNOLL GAMEBIRD FARM produces over 100,000 mature northern bobwhite quail, 20,000 pheasants, and 12,000 chukars per growing season. We started raising game birds in 1980. We strive our best to deliver good quality birds to you. We are constantly improving our facilities and methods to bring you the best available product. We are a member of the North American Game Bird Association and the Southeast Gamebreeders and Hunting Preserve Association. Our birds are tested to be pollorum free. An AI test is preformed every 90 days.
We operate a shooting preserve and are aware of what the preserve operator needs. Our birds are used on our preserve keeping us aware of their performance and condition. One call to us can bring all your preserve needs to your door.
Eggs will be shipped UPS parcel post. We prefer for you to pick chicks up at the farm. Orders of 1500 to 2000 mature quail, chukar, and pheasants will be delivered by truck when possible at charges of .65 per mile in each direction. A firm committment for all orders will be made by a 20% deposit. Other sales are on a first come first serve basis.
